Cold Quinoa Salad18 January, 2019
- Juice from 4 lemons
- 1/2 cup agave
- 1 liter cold water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Lemon slices
- Fresh mint leaves
- Chill glasses in freezer for about 1 hour.
- Blend all ingredients, except lemon slices and mint leave, in blender or food processor for 4 minutes.
- Pour mixture into chilled glasses, garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint leaves, and serve.
