Chickpea Flour Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 2 eggs

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixer bowl, mix together all ingredients to obtain a uniform, smooth batter. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for several second more.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan, pour 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture and spread over the entire pan.
  3. Cook only on one side (about one minute) until the pancake's surface is dry.
