It’s cookie time!! We let you this delicious sugar free cookies:
- 1 1/2 cups full-grain rice flour
- 1 1/2 cups corn starch
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 gr butter (or butter-flavored margarine)
Using a mixer, knead together all ingredients until a uniform dough is obtained.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Flour surface and roll dough out until 1/2 cm thick.
Cut out cookies and place on a lined cookie sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
