Sugar Free Waffles

Breakfast arrived! We leave this super easy recipe for sugar-free waffles, so you can enjoy breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients:

-1 cup of milk

-1 egg

-1 cup oatmeal or almonds

-1-2 stevia envelopes

-1 dash of vanilla essence

Preparation

1- The first thing we are going to do is mix in a bowl, the egg with the cup of milk. It can be whole or skim, as you like.

2- Once we have mixed the above well, we will add a cup of flour.

3- It is time to add the sweetener. Also, keep in mind that if you want to use waffles with salty ingredients, it is not so convenient to add a lot of sweetener.

4- With all these ingredients in the bowl, we proceed to mix until everything is well incorporated. The consistency of the preparation is rather pulling liquid.

5- What we have left is to add a dash of vanilla essence in the preparation and mix everything well again.

6- Once the preparation is ready, we will take it and place it in the waffle maker enmantecada until they are ready. Do not fear, if you do not have Wafflera, you can make them in a common pan taking care of turning them so that they are cooked well on both sides. The only thing that changes is the form.
