You’re about to meet the perfect pasta with pesto sauce. ?
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 gr gluten-free pasta
- 8 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (preferably two colors)
- 100 gr Parmesan cheese, grated
PREPARATION:
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
Add pasta and cook according to instructions on the package, until pasta is al dente (just ready).
Strain and place in large bowl.

Sprinkle grated cheese and serve.
FOR PESTO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bunch basil
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
PREPARATION:
Process all ingredients except the oil in a food processor.
Add oil slowly while the food processor is on until a smooth, homogenous sauce is obtained.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
