Green Tahini Sauce23 January, 2019
- 800 gr canned, crushed tomatoes (or 8 fresh tomatoes, coarsely grated)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fructose
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- In a small pot, sauté garlic and pepper in olive oil until golden.
- Add tomatoes and water and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Blend in a food processor.
