Melt-In-Your-Mouth Cookies


  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute
  • 200 gr butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1300 gr corn starch
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped


  1. Mix together all of the ingredients to obtain a uniform dough.
  2. Roll into a coil 3 cm in diameter, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  4. Slice into slices 1/2 cm thick and place on baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
  6. Store in a sealed container.
