INGREDIENTS

  • 4 yellow peppers
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 220˚C.
  2. Grill peppers, onion and garlic on a greased baking sheet until browned.
  3. Blend grilled vegetables blender together with the honey, olive oil and water until a smooth, homogenous sauce is obtained.
