Oven-Baked Carrot Sticks

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 medium carrots
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
  • Salt

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut carrots into thick sticks, coat with a little oil and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle paprika and salt and bake for about 30 minutes, until crisp and golden.
