- 10 medium carrots
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Cut carrots into thick sticks, coat with a little oil and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle paprika and salt and bake for about 30 minutes, until crisp and golden.
