INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 250 gr tofu
  • 10 walnuts halves
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Sauté onion until browned.
  2. Blend onion in food processor along with all other ingredients until a smooth paste is obtained.
  3. Season to taste and serve.
