Crustless Mushroom Quiche30 January, 2019
- 500 gr gluten-free noodles
- 500 gr quark ("Gvina Levana")
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 50 gr Caciocavallo cheese, grated
- Raisins – optional
- Garlic – optional
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Cook noodles according to instructions on packet, drain well, and add a little oil to prevent sticking.
- In a large bowl, mix together quark, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Add noodles and Caciocavallo cheese.
- Pour into greased baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden.
- Optional – add garlic or raisins according to taste.
