  • 500 gr gluten-free noodles
  • 500 gr quark ("Gvina Levana")
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 50 gr Caciocavallo cheese, grated
  • Raisins – optional
  • Garlic – optional


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook noodles according to instructions on packet, drain well, and add a little oil to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together quark, eggs, salt and pepper.
  4. Add noodles and Caciocavallo cheese.
  5. Pour into greased baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden.
  6. Optional – add garlic or raisins according to taste.
