Liver-Flavored Tofu Paté30 January, 2019
- 2 cups raw tahini (sesame) paste
- 1/2 cups water
- 4 garlic cloves
- Juice from one lemon
- Handful of parsley, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Process all of the ingredients in a food processor until a thick paste is obtained. If paste is too thick, add water until desired consistency is obtained.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
