Ran’s Ice Coffee

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons chicory coffee substitute (no added sugar)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free silan (date syrup)
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 500 ml goat milk / natural soy milk / almond milk / rice milk / hazelnut milk

PREPARATION

  1. In blender or food processor, dissolve coffee in 3 tablespoons hot water.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and process for 5-6 minutes until smooth and thick.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
