INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons chicory coffee substitute (no added sugar)
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free silan (date syrup)
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 500 ml goat milk / natural soy milk / almond milk / rice milk / hazelnut milk
PREPARATION
- In blender or food processor, dissolve coffee in 3 tablespoons hot water.
- Add all remaining ingredients and process for 5-6 minutes until smooth and thick.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
