This is the document that will help you understand the Abrahamson Method. Here you will find the answers to the questions you have in your head at this moment. Please read it and resolve any doubts with your wellness advisor.

Support and community

When you decide to make a change, you must surround yourself with experiences that motivate you, so we invite you to take advantage of the support you will have in the community of people who, like you, have sought support in our method. Enjoy the path in the community to transform your life, free of added sugars! Join our ABRAHAMSON CLUB, a space created to share experiences, recipes, tips, but above all to motivate and guide you.

3rd step

Virtual meetings

Every Thursday, we hold a live workshop where we explain everything about your month of detoxification and teach you the essential part of identifying sugar in products, reading nutritional labels, and the list of ingredients. Here you can share your doubts live with your wellness advisors.

Get in touch

Telephone

  • Official communication line. A wellness advisor will be contacting you on days 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, and 28 after therapy to support you with questions and give you tips to start your process.

Email

  • Alternate communication channel. If you don’t see the emails in your Inbox, always check the Spam and Promotions folder. 

WhatsApp

  • Alternate communication channel, you will communicate more directly with your assigned wellness advisor.

*Your wellness advisor will support you Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
