INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 2 eggs
PREPARATION
- In a mixer bowl, mix together all ingredients to obtain a uniform, smooth batter. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for several second more.
- Heat a little oil in a pan, pour 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture and spread over the entire pan.
- Cook only on one side (about one minute) until the pancake’s surface is dry.
